Oxford Street Estate

Location: London

Occupying 86m of Oxford Street façade and being one of the busiest shopping streets in London, the objectives of the project were to unify the block of buildings, attract the higher end retailers and to give the development presence and charisma. Through extensive lighting trials and 2D Photoshop visuals that would render the facades character best at night, our team produced detailed mounting drawings for each fittings location and cable route principals. This ensured not only an impressive façade at night, but also that unsightly cabling was not seen, and did not detract from the building’s charm and architectural beauty during the day.
